If you plan to attend the meeting, be sure to upload (no later than a day before the event) a scan of your passport and a QR code confirming that you have one of the approved in Russia vaccines / a previous illness / medical contraindications, or a negative PCR test (valid for 48 hours, it can be downloaded a day before the event).
