SCHOLARSHIP
for Academic and Technological Excellence for Masters Students
Master students who successfully (without C) passed two previous exam periods can apply for the President's Scholarship for Academic and Technological Excellence. The amount of scholarship is 40,000 – 60,000 RUB (depending on the recommendation of the commission). The scholarship is paid once.
Requirements
Publications in Q1/Q2 journals in the corresponding fields or journals with IF > 2 (Quartile rankings are determined for each journal in each of its subject categories by Scimago Journal & Country Rank). Accepted papers already available as journal online publication are also considered.
Publications in proceedings of leading conferences having CORE rating A/A*. Only materials from the main conference program are taken into account.
Start-up within the Skolkovo ecosystem.
Intellectual property documents (patent or computer program certificate).
Best Paper awards and Best Student Paper awards within main program of international conferences (conference proceedings must be included in WoS/Scopus).
For journal papers and conference proceedings, the author must indicate Skoltech as the first affiliation. In case of multiple authors among Skoltech students applying for the scholarship, the scholarship amount might be split correspondingly.
Only those achievements are considered that were not previously used
for receiving Advanced Stipend or President's Stipend.

Application pack and process:
Copies and links to publications (including copy of page with affiliation) and reports of international conferences
Copies of documents and other materials that provide evidence of the student's scientific achievements
As soon as you have collected these documents, complete the form below and don't forget to attach them
Applications are collected and evaluated by the Scholarship commission under the chairmanship of Skoltech's Vice President for Academic Relations. The commission consists of representatives of Academic Council and Student Council. The list of selected applicants is submitted for approval to the President.
